Roofs That Hold.
Commercial TPO, residential shingle, metal, and storm-damage roofing, self-performed with our own crews and supported by in-house estimates. Integrity CRR currently holds GAF and Mule-Hide certifications; program and warranty details are project-specific.
Commercial Roofing
Flat Roofs, Low-Slope Systems, Re-Covers.
We install single-ply systems for warehouses, retail, offices, and public buildings, including tear-off, re-cover, repair, and new-construction scopes. Integrity CRR's current GAF and Mule-Hide certifications do not by themselves establish a covered system or warranty; verify the selected assembly and current program requirements for the project.

From Replacement to Full Tear-Off.
Available residential options include GAF Timberline HDZ, designer shingles, and metal. The proposal identifies the selected assembly and installation requirements. Warranty eligibility and issuance depend on the current manufacturer program, required inspections, application, exclusions, and final issued document. Insurance work is supported with photographs, measurements, and written repair scopes.

Inspection Documentation
Evidence Your Insurance Carrier Can Review.
Our roof assessments record observed conditions with photographs and measurements, distinguish storm-related damage from age or installation issues, and pair the findings with a written repair scope. The carrier independently reviews that evidence under the policy.
Roofing FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What roofing systems do you install?
Commercial: TPO, EPDM, PVC single-ply, and metal. Residential: architectural shingles (GAF Timberline HDZ and designer lines), metal (standing seam and corrugated), and full tear-off / re-roof systems. Warranty eligibility depends on the selected assembly, current manufacturer program, required inspections, application, and issued document.
What's the difference between TPO, EPDM, and PVC?
TPO and PVC are thermoplastic membrane categories with heat-welded seams in selected systems; EPDM is a thermoset rubber category with manufacturer-specific seam, flashing, and attachment components. Choose from complete assemblies based on existing conditions, building use, exposures, drainage, tested approvals, rated properties, maintenance, and warranty documents—not the membrane acronym alone.
Are you GAF and Mule-Hide certified?
Yes. Integrity CRR currently holds GAF and Mule-Hide certifications. No certification tier, covered system, expiration date, or warranty is claimed here. Verify the exact current program record for Integrity CRR and separately confirm the selected assembly's requirements and any final warranty document.
Do you handle hail damage and insurance claims?
Yes. We document visible hail and wind damage with photographs and measurements, prepare a written repair scope, and meet the adjuster on site when requested. The carrier independently decides coverage under the policy. See our storm-restoration page for the full process.
What does a documented roof inspection include?
A documented roof inspection identifies observed conditions by roof slope, records photographs and measurements, and distinguishes potential storm damage from age, wear, or installation issues. The report gives the carrier specific evidence to review but does not guarantee a coverage decision.
Do you self-perform the roofing, or subcontract it?
We self-perform our roofing work with our own crews. Integrity CRR is a general contractor and manages subcontractors on build-outs, tenant improvements, and the other trades — roofing is the scope we run ourselves. The roofing estimate is written by our in-house estimating team rather than sent to a third party, so the people scoping the repair and the crew on the roof answer to the same contractor.
Who writes the roofing estimate?
We do, in-house. Our estimating team writes repair scopes in Xactimate, a widely used property-loss estimating platform. That makes a line-by-line comparison with a carrier estimate possible while keeping responsibility for the scope and the roof work with the same contractor.
Do you do residential roof replacement?
Yes — full tear-off and replacement, with ice-and-water shield, synthetic underlayment, new flashing, and GAF Timberline HDZ or designer-line shingles. Insurance-claim friendly. Free inspection and estimate.
