Subcontractor Questions
How do I sign up to be a subcontractor with Integrity CRR?
Create an account in our subcontractor portal at integritycrm.app, choose the subcontractor account type, and submit your company information — trade, service area, W-9, insurance, and licenses. Once your info is in, you're eligible to receive bid invitations for matching projects.
Is there a cost to join the network?
No. Signing up and maintaining your profile in the subcontractor portal is free. You only ever commit when you choose to bid and win a project.
What kinds of projects will I be invited to bid?
Commercial and public-works projects across Georgia and Florida — ground-up construction, build-outs and tenant improvements, GSFIC and other state work, commercial roofing, and storm restoration. You'll only see invitations that match your trade and service area.
What documents do I need to provide?
A completed W-9, a current certificate of insurance, workers' comp coverage where required, any trade licenses for your scope, and references from recent work. You can upload these directly in the portal so you're ready to bid.
Is there an app, or is it web-only?
Both. The subcontractor portal works in any web browser at integritycrm.app, and there's an iOS app so you can review bid invitations, submit pay requests, and track payments from your phone.
How and when do subcontractors get paid?
We run pay applications on a regular schedule. You submit your payment request through the portal, and you can track its status there — no calling around to find out where your check is.
Do you work with veteran-owned or small-business subcontractors?
Yes. As an SDVOSB ourselves with active public-works experience, we value qualified veteran-owned and small-business subs — especially for set-aside and state-funded work. Note it in your profile.
