When invited, review the project information and available documents in your account. Confirm the scope and bid requirements with our team.
Manage Awarded Work
Submit your bid for review. If awarded, use the portal for payment requests and messages, following the requirements in your subcontract.

How do I sign up to be a subcontractor with Integrity CRR?
Create an account at integritycrm.app and choose the subcontractor account type. Add your company and contact information, then upload your W-9 and insurance certificate. Use the email address on any existing bid invitation so it can be linked to your account. Registration does not guarantee an invitation or award.
Is there a cost to join the network?
No. Signing up and maintaining your profile in the subcontractor portal is free. Review the bid requirements and subcontract terms for each opportunity.
What kinds of projects will I be invited to bid?
Our project mix includes commercial and public-works construction across Georgia, including ground-up work, build-outs, tenant improvements, and GSFIC projects. Invitations depend on the project's trade requirements, your qualifications, and current needs.
What documents do I need to provide?
Have a completed W-9, current certificate of insurance, workers' comp coverage where required, applicable trade licenses, and recent references ready. The portal supports W-9 and insurance certificate uploads. Our team can confirm any additional documents needed for a particular project.
Can I use the portal on my phone?
Yes. Open integritycrm.app in your phone's browser and sign in to your subcontractor account. You can also use the portal from a computer. Available tools depend on your account permissions and awarded work.
How and when do subcontractors get paid?
For awarded work, submit a payment request through the portal and check its approval and payment status there. Billing requirements, review, retainage, and payment timing follow your subcontract. Contact our team with questions about a specific request.
Do you work with veteran-owned or small-business subcontractors?
Yes. Integrity CRR is currently SBA VetCert-certified as an SDVOSB, maintains an active SAM.gov registration, and has an active public-works prime project. We value qualified veteran-owned and small-business subcontractors; note your current certifications in your profile so they can be evaluated against each solicitation.
