Storm Damage. Sorted.

Hail, wind, hurricane, falling tree — whatever hit, we handle the inspection, the insurance carrier, and the repairs so you get back to normal without chasing paperwork.

Why It Matters

The Difference Between an Approved Claim and a Denied One Is Usually the Documentation.

Most storm-damage claims get denied or under-paid because the damage isn't documented the way the carrier expects. Storm chasers knock on doors offering "free roofs," send unqualified inspectors, and disappear when the carrier pushes back.

We're the alternative. Haag-certified inspections, photos and reports formatted to insurance industry standards, and a single accountable contractor from inspection through final walk-through. No subcontractor shell games. No vanishing after the deposit.

Our Process

Four Steps. Start to Finish.

01

Free Damage Inspection

We come out, take photos, climb the roof, document every angle. Haag-certified inspectors so the report holds up with your carrier.

02

Insurance Coordination

We meet your adjuster on-site, walk the damage together, and submit the scope and documentation that matches what the carrier needs to approve.

03

Repairs Done Right

Approved scope gets done by the same team — no handoff to a 'preferred vendor' you've never met. We pull permits, schedule trades, and close the punch list.

04

Final Walk-Through

We don't disappear after the check clears. Final inspection together, paperwork closed out, manufacturer warranty registered in your name.

What We Handle

Damage Types.

Hail Damage

Hail bruising, granule loss, shingle fractures — the kinds of damage carriers often miss without a trained eye.

Wind Damage

Lifted shingles, exposed underlayment, ripped flashing. Documented per ASTM standards.

Hurricane & Tropical

Active in Florida and coastal GA/SC. Full-scope post-storm recovery: roof, siding, windows, interior.

Tree & Falling Debris

Emergency tarping, structural assessment, full repair from roof deck through finishes.

Water Intrusion

Leak source diagnosis, interior drying coordination, finish repair so the damage doesn't come back.

Commercial Storm

Storm-damaged commercial properties — single-ply repair, full re-cover, structural envelope.

Storm Restoration FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How quickly can you respond after a storm?

Typically within 48 hours for inspection and emergency mitigation (tarping, board-up). Storm season we shift staffing to respond faster. Call (833) 423-6255 for active emergency.

Do you work with my insurance company directly?

Yes. We meet your adjuster on-site, walk the damage together, and submit documentation in the format carriers expect. Most claims are approved at the right scope without you chasing paperwork.

What is a Haag-certified roof inspection, and why does it matter?

Haag Engineering is the forensic standard for roof damage assessment in the insurance industry. A Haag-certified inspector documents damage in a way carriers can't easily dispute — significantly improving claim approval rates and full-scope payment.

What if my insurance denies my claim?

We help you re-engage the carrier with the documentation they actually need. Many denied claims are simply documentation gaps. If a claim is genuinely under-paid, we can recommend a licensed public adjuster as a next step.

Do you provide emergency tarping after a storm?

Yes. Emergency tarping and board-up are part of storm response. We stabilize first, document damage, then sequence the permanent repair scope through the insurance process.

What kinds of damage do you handle?

Hail bruising and granule loss, wind-lifted shingles and torn flashing, hurricane and tropical damage (full envelope), falling tree and debris, water intrusion, and commercial single-ply storm damage. Roof through interior finishes.

Should I be wary of door-to-door storm chasers?

Yes. Storm chasers typically arrive after a major storm, knock on doors offering 'free roofs,' send unqualified inspectors, take deposits, and disappear when the carrier pushes back. Verify any contractor's state license number and certifications before signing.
