Where We Work in Atlanta
Our office sits on Chamblee Dunwoody Rd, right at the edge of Central Perimeter, so the daily radius covers Perimeter Center, Buckhead, Midtown, and Downtown without much drive time. That's where most of our commercial build-out and office TI work lands — Class A and B towers, medical suites, and the restaurant and retail spaces that turn over constantly along Peachtree Rd and in the Buckhead Village/Lenox corridor.
We also run steady work OTP along the industrial and flex corridors — Fulton Industrial Blvd, the Norcross/Peachtree Industrial Blvd stretch, and the warehouse and light-manufacturing parks near I-285 and I-85. South of the city, the Hapeville/College Park submarket around the airport keeps a mix of logistics, hospitality, and commercial roofing on our schedule.
Atlanta's building stock is a mix of ages — 1970s-90s office parks in Central Perimeter, older strip and garden-apartment stock along Buford Hwy and in South DeKalb, and newer mixed-use going up intown. That range means our crews and subs are used to working on everything from a 40-year-old built-up roof to a current TPO system, often within the same week.
What We Build and Repair in Atlanta
Commercial tenant improvements and full build-outs — office suites, medical and dental fit-ups, restaurant and retail buildouts, and interior renovations for property managers turning over space between tenants.
Commercial roofing across single-ply systems — TPO, EPDM, PVC — plus modified bitumen and built-up roof replacement on the older office and industrial stock. Tear-off, recover, and maintenance contracts for owners who don't want a full replacement every storm season.
Residential roofing and storm restoration in the intown and close-in neighborhoods, plus public and state-funded opportunities reviewed against the current requirements in each solicitation.
How an Atlanta Project Runs
Metro Atlanta is split across a lot of permitting authorities — City of Atlanta's Office of Buildings, DeKalb County, Fulton County, plus the smaller cities like Chamblee, Sandy Springs, and Dunwoody that each run their own permit desk. We track which jurisdiction a job falls in before we ever price it, so the permit timeline is part of the estimate, not a surprise after signing.
The project proposal should identify the assigned lead, expected site coverage, proposed subcontractor team, decision authority, and substitution process.
If a payment or performance bond is required, state the form and amount in the bid documents and verify current project-specific availability with the proposed surety.
Storm and Insurance Work in Atlanta
Atlanta's tree canopy is part of what makes the city livable and part of what tears up roofs — falling limbs after wind events are a routine cause of damage here, on top of the hail and straight-line wind that comes through with spring and summer storm systems. Occasional ice events in winter add another round of roof and gutter damage on top of that.
When a storm hits, we may attend the on-site inspection with the owner's authorization so observed conditions are documented with photographs, measurements, and written notes for carrier review. If our repair scope differs from the carrier estimate, we document supported construction differences and submit a contractor supplement request for review. The carrier decides coverage, accepted scope, and payment.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you work in Atlanta, GA?
Yes. Atlanta is our home base, and we run commercial and residential projects there. Estimates are free; emergency site-walk availability depends on access, safety, workload, and storm conditions.
Are you licensed to do work in Atlanta?
Yes. Integrity CRR, LLC currently holds Georgia commercial general contractor company license GCCO009212, with Zachary Chastain Whyte as the associated qualifying agent under GCQA009212. Georgia's May 21, 2025 board record documents issuance; verify both current records through the Georgia Secretary of State's live lookup and confirm the authority, address, and scope before award.
Who responds when I request a quote for a project in Atlanta?
Call (833) 423-6255 or use the contact form. The project proposal should identify the assigned lead, estimating contact, site-coverage plan, and decision authority.
Which work do you self-perform?
Roofing is the trade we self-perform with our own crews, and roofing estimates are written by our in-house estimating team. For build-outs, tenant improvements, public works, and other non-roof trades, we act as the GC and manage vetted subcontractors. The proposal should identify the assigned lead, proposed subcontractor team, and division of responsibilities.
What can you do for claim-related storm repairs?
We document visible roof conditions with photographs and measurements, prepare a written repair scope, and, with the owner's authorization, may attend the carrier's site inspection or submit construction information for review. The carrier independently decides coverage, accepted scope, and payment under the policy.
Which permitting office handles my Atlanta project?
It depends on where the site sits. Projects inside City of Atlanta limits go through the Office of Buildings; unincorporated DeKalb and Fulton County have their own building departments, and cities like Chamblee, Sandy Springs, and Dunwoody each run a separate permit desk. We identify the correct jurisdiction before pricing so the permit timeline is built into the schedule, not a surprise later.
How fast can you respond to a commercial roof leak or storm damage in Atlanta?
Inspection and site-visit timing depends on location, access, safety, current workload, and storm conditions. Call (833) 423-6255 for current availability; active water intrusion may require emergency mitigation.
Do you work directly with property managers on multi-tenant Atlanta buildings?
Integrity CRR offers tenant improvement, roof maintenance, and capital-repair services for office, retail, and multifamily properties, subject to project fit and availability. Property managers can request a current project-specific prequalification packet covering the proposed entity, authority, insurance, bonding requirements, team, and references.
